These Terms of Service govern your use of Samui Rider's vehicle rental services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
By renting a vehicle, you agree to use it responsibly and return it in the same condition. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license.
Reservations are confirmed upon payment. Please provide accurate information when booking. Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Payment is required at the time of booking or upon vehicle pick-up as agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pick-up. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
Basic insurance is included with all rentals. You are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance. Additional coverage options are available.
We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles, delays due to circumstances beyond our control, or indirect damages arising from the rental.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving transactional and service notifications from RideSamui (booking confirmations, check-in/check-out, reminders, payment updates) via WhatsApp. These messages are not promotional. You can opt out at any time by contacting contact@ridesamui.com.
